RYZORA – Wake Protocol
Privacy policy
RYZORA is a brand of Krombeen Services (Chamber of Commerce / KvK 99627523), Oude Rielseweg 11-8512, 5032 SH Tilburg, the Netherlands, support@getryzora.com (“we”).
What stays on your iPhone
Your alarms, Wake Protocols, settings, your list of objects for Find an Object, the history of your mornings (results, check times, step counts, Wake Confidence) and a technical journal used to diagnose alarm problems are stored only on your iPhone. They are not sent to us or anyone else. Your iPhone's own iCloud backup may include them, as for any app; you control that in iOS Settings.
Permissions
- Alarms: to schedule your alarms and Wake Checks with iOS.
- Camera (Find an Object): frames are analysed on your iPhone to recognise the object you chose, then discarded. No photo or video is stored or sent.
- Motion & Fitness: step counts and motion activity for movement missions and Wake Confidence, read on your iPhone. Never your location.
- Notifications: the result of your morning.
- Sleep Mode uses whether your iPhone is locked and lying still while a session plays — in memory only, never stored.
RYZORA never uses your location, microphone or health data.
When you contact us
“Report a problem” and “Request a feature” prepare a message that you send with your own Mail app. We then receive what you send: your e-mail address, your text and — only if you leave that switch on — the technical details shown to you before sending (RYZORA version and build, iOS version, iPhone model, Free or Pro, app language). No alarms, history or other data are ever attached. We use it only to answer you and to improve RYZORA, and delete it after 12 months. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering your message and improving RYZORA (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment details; RYZORA only learns from the App Store whether Pro is active.
Your rights
In Settings → Privacy you can export all your RYZORA data as a file, or delete all of it at once (this also cancels every alarm RYZORA scheduled). Deleting the app removes everything as well. Because we do not hold your data, we cannot access, correct or delete it on our side — it is entirely on your device. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Children
RYZORA is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes and contact
We will update this page before RYZORA ever starts handling data differently. Questions: support@getryzora.com.
